In the QCD sum rule approach we predict the Σ (1620) mass by considering the K̄N , πΣ, and πΛ multiquark interpolating fields (I=1). The predicted mass is about 1.592 GeV. We also obtain 1.424 GeV as the Λ (1405) mass from the πΣ+πΣ+πΣ multiquark state (I=0), and compare this with our previous result from the πΣ multiquark state.
